Critical steel components in
structural steelwork

The long steel sections, like profiles and angles, provide strength, support, and stability in construction, engineering, and industrial applications. Manufactured to comply with Tanzanian (TBS) and international standards, these sections are used in building frameworks, bridges, supports, machinery bases, and civil structures. Their shapes—like angles, channels, and beams—offer excellent load-bearing capacity while being easy to cut, weld, and install. With consistent dimensions and strength across batches, our profiles and angles are reliable for both light and heavy-duty structural work.

Angle Iron

Angle irons are L-shaped steel sections used for bracing, framing, and support in metal structures. They offer good strength in two directions and are widely used in buildings, shelves, equipment frames, and trailers. Available in equal or unequal angles, they are easy to weld and bolt, and support both horizontal and vertical loads.

Universal Beams and Columns

Universal beams (UB) and universal columns (UC) are hot-rolled steel sections designed for load-bearing structures. Beams have a wider flange for horizontal support, while columns offer greater vertical load strength. These are ideal for building frames, bridges, and industrial platforms.

U Channel

U channels are steel profiles shaped like a “U,” often used in framing, support rails, and bracing. Their open side allows easy installation of pipes, cables, or equipment. They offer good strength and rigidity while being easy to drill, weld, and assemble.

I-Beams

I-beams (also known as H-beams or RSJs) have a high strength-to-weight ratio, making them ideal for structural frameworks. The design allows them to carry heavy loads without bending. Common in industrial buildings, platforms, and long-span applications.
